Refund policy

This is a general template made from OK Mart Demo Decor’s store settings. Ask the shop for the details that apply to your order.

OK Mart Demo Decor wants you to be happy with your order. This policy explains what to do when something is not right.

Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when you receive it. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell the shop as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. The shop will then arrange a replacement or a refund.

Other returns
Returns or exchanges for other reasons, such as a change of mind, are agreed with the shop case by case. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Perishable goods, medicines, hygiene products and items cut or made to order usually cannot be returned.

Refunds
When a return is accepted, the shop refunds you in Indian Rupee (INR) with the method you paid with or another way you agree on.
